I wait there early as 6 o'clock 10 minutes on Thursday. selection pretty good. if the waiting staff offers a double order if they order meat. take it. paper thin discs and each application they get like two letters size total meat folded on a metal plate. order double saves the personal extra trip to the kitchen. simply order everything. soup smart I didn't taste it before I finished dinner. but after dinner when the suppe cool and I tried super salty on tonkutsu. but the cooled meat and seafood and vegetables were all delicious. sauces were a bit limited and creepy from customer use. looked inside. outside a bit too much to walk through the bar and the main way to the bathroom
The wait time to be seated is way too long. The food is worth it only when Bok choy and quail eggs are available. It appears that when you are with a large group, they can only make two transactions so two people have to pay for everything lol. They should have someone by the food bar cleaning up through out the day because it's quite messy and dirty all the time.
The experience was ok up until the point my girlfriend and I were full of food and were just finishing our drinks. The staff tried to move us because they wanted to seat someone else at our table. I'm handicapped so that was pretty rude of them to try and rush us when other people around us had been sitting and eating longer than us.
the best shabu shabu in the city, all they can eat! great eating and great ambiente, the way everything is perfect and I am completely satisfied when we eat here. my favorite is the Sukiyaki bread and the beef toro with goma sesam sauce. use the Yelp app to get on the waiting list, it helps alot!

The food is meh. Soup base wasn't the best but you do got more for the hotpot food choices. The sauces tasted like those ready to use not made by the restaurant. It's a good spot for cheaper all you can eat hotpot but no quality.
The food was delicious as always. Despite the increase in price to $27.99 per person, our server, Alex, was the best! He was very attentive and professional.
many meats, seafood and vegetables selection. space is clean and there is an outside seat. it's a little expensive, so I gave him a 4 stars.
Fun place to eat good, health and fresh food you prepare yourself. Good and clean atmosphere. Good service.
