Brothaus - Reserva de mesa

Friday, 20.04.2018, almost 30° in the shade. We are on tour with a test vehicle to test the suitability. What is closer to the journey from Coburg to the wine french and enjoy the day, land and people (or rather their culinary products). In Volkach there is free parking near the city center, on the way there we look forward to the free place of the Bread House Kohler. Outside, in the first row, another shaded table is free, we sit down. Self-service as we take the shield on the table. The map is colorful, from bakery to small dishes to snacks. we have breakfast in this self-service café. Breakfast for which we are about two. We have paid 14 EUR, we have added two small (freshly bought at the place). The boss made us clear in a very unpleasant way that this does not belong to us and does not comply with the rules of restitution. (An indication that foods they contain should not be consumed, but was not available) The coronation was in the toilet. I cleaned my teeth there because I do this after every meal. The boss had followed me to the toilet and told me that this was not allowed, I should do that at home. Like a freshly arrived tourist, she threatened a house ban if I did not agree.

Mangels Frühstücksmöglichkeiten in Volkach haben wir dem Brothaus wieder mal eine Chance gegeben. Schon die Bestellung war das reinste Chaos. Zusatzbestellungen wurden überhört, Kaffee wieder ohne Nachfragen aus der Thermoskanne, leider nur lauwarm, und die Qualität der Speisen war auch nicht die Beste. Billige Cervelatwurst und angetrocknete Käsescheiben.....Für Selbstbedienung meines Erachtens zu teuer.Am Schluss wurde die Ausgabedame auch noch pampig, weil ich ihre Nachfrage eines 2. Tellers ??? nicht sofort begriffen und geantwortet hab.Proffessionalität sieht anders aus....

Hier gibt es eine Frühstücksauswahl, wie es bei den meisten Bäckern, zu Zeit, zu finden ist. Nichts extravagantes, aber frische Brötchen vom Bäcker, Wurst, Käse, Ei und Marmelade. Das Preis-Leisungsverhältnis passt. Der Kaffee, Cappuccino etc schmeckt sehr gut. Der Service an der Theke ist nett und freundlich. Allerdings Selbstbedienung im Lokal. Sehr unfreundlicher Chef, wenn man eine Beschwerde/Frage hat (sofort mit unverschämten Ton) gegenüber dem Kunden, sowie unfreundliches Personal!...

Auf einen Sprung mittags kein Problem. Der Service ist gut, freundlich, aufmerksam und das Essen kommt schnell. Das werde ich mir merken.

Seit ein bestimmter Mitarbeiter wieder im laden arbeitet, ist das Niveau deutlich besser.
