Brothers Pizzeria - Reservar una mesa

This is a 5 star Poconos review. If I got this pane in NJ or NY, it would be 4-4.5, but in this area, this pizza really out. My girlfriend got some stuff from the dollar store in this plaza, so I decided to run and grabbed us every slice. There was minimal to no bending at all, beautiful thin crust, cheese to sauce ratio was on point. Tested similar to NJ and NY Pizzas I grew up and loved my whole life. I have a simple and white cake a few weeks later. Of course with the takeover some of this bending and such is affected by the cardboard, but still solid pizza. The white cake was really good. We'll be back.

Brothers has classic pizza in my eyes. The crust is thin, the sauce is slightly sweet and the cheese is perfection. I have only ever ordered a plain pizza and garlic knots so I can't really review anything else on the menu. I always ask for crispy and I will say the only reason they didn't get 5 stars is because I believe they have different people making the pizza and the dough isn't always as stretched out or as crispy as Id like it. However, the day I took this picture it was perfect. You also can't go wrong with their garlic knots.

The order with the frits and a piece, I ordered from the children's menu and it is for my 2 years old. The disc alone was so big I could turn 1 into 3 and I got a lot more fries than expected. The Stromboli is a small but compare with the two panes next to it, you can clearly share the small size. Delivery was fast, food came to me in half an hour and the driver was nice. Don't sleep on this place.

I don't eat many places, but I will stop fast delivery service, quality of food and simple order at Brothers Pizzaria several times a week because of the excellent customer. I have everything from pasta to wraps to the most authentic NY pizza in Poconos! I recommend everyone in the area to give this facility an attempt and if you go through, mark it on your map!

Big pizza, dear Philly Cheese Steaks and Wings. The staff is always friendly. Delivery drivers are always pleasant and fast. Every place claims N.Y-style pizza, but these guys are NY'ers from the forgotten port. Very recommend this pizzeria.
