What I found interesting is the Karaage. It was unexpectedly good. The way the lemon added this layer of flavor to the very distinct Japanese ingredients already flavoring the meat was nice. The noodle. You get to choose to add your own toppings, andeach come with additional charge. I don?t think there was anything special. It was a nice bowl of noodle, but not something Ican?t get over. I must commend the fact thar the soup didn?t have that over stewed, salty flavor. Usually in the evening somerestaurants don?t change their soup and the soup is left very salty. The soup in this instance tasted neutral like itshould. Lastly, they don?t serve tea. I?m so use to ordering hot tea with my Ramen, I walked away feeling slightlydisappointed. It didn?t feel complete. But after experiencing the vibe of the place, I understand that serving hot tea withnoodle is not the aim.
