Ordered online. Steak tip dinner, salad, onion rings, rice. DID NOT say I couldn't order all that....waited ONE hour for delivery. Then NO onion rings recieved. When I called to inquire, told it was my fault, could only order 2 sides and they filled order according to what was most recent entry. REALLY......should have apologized for miscommunication, then sent order of Onion rings. TERRIBLE customer service. DEDHAM Location...has lost a loyal customer.
The staff at Brother's Roast Beef Pizza are incredibly friendly. I've discovered my favorite items on their menu, and I always get great value for my money, with quick service. Since I'm nearby, I usually place my order over the phone and pick it up myself. Their fries are fantastic — they're the thinner variety and don't have that overly crispy, starchy coating that you'll find at many other places. Delicious food!
It’s has been the same since the Greek family left the new owners are trying. Bout don’t realize this shop was a staple in the community and food was top notch. AMAZING STAFF! DELICIOUS FOOD!! THE BEST ROAST BEEF in the area, no question about it! They've always been punctual, even with the Longwood traffic. I would give them 6 stars if I could!
We dine at Brother's Roast Beef Pizza once a week. It's truly a gem with special people and delightful food. I can't say enough good things about the menu!
