I just had my first visit to The Lunch Box, and I absolutely loved it! It’s a family-friendly spot with affordable prices, good food, and a fantastic atmosphere, all just two minutes away from my home. The donut was fresh out of the fryer and had an authentic taste that I really enjoyed. It had a lovely cake-like texture, which is my preferred style. Paul tried the egg sandwich made with real eggs (no microwaves here!), and it came with thick-cut bacon. The tomatoes were a bit under ripe, and we forgot the mayo, but that was definitely not a deal breaker. I opted for the ham and provolone on marble rye, and the bread was excellent—though it could have used a little more cheese, that was also...
I had the pleasure of discovering what everyone has been raving about on Saturday. The donuts are absolutely fantastic—I couldn’t resist and ended up eating four on the spot, then took six more home! The breakfast and lunch menu looked amazing, and the food being served from the kitchen also looked tempting. Make sure to plan to have donuts for dessert after lunch! The trip from Annapolis is definitely worth it!
Based on quality of food and value. Well worth the money spent. At first I was iffy on the wait for the egg sandwich. What I got was a scrapple and havarti with an over med egg of sourdough bread. Made fresh so the 5 min wait was understandable. Coffee was good, it had sitting out for awhile but still. Also, they have good espresso. A welcomed addition to the area.
I just had breakfast, and it was fantastic! There was plenty of cheese! I ordered the breakfast special, and the price was perfect. The only downside was that I only got one slice of toast when I would have preferred two. Overall, though, the food was excellent, and I had a wonderful experience! We'll definitely be back!

My husband and I stopped for lunch and got breakfast (what you can order by 2:00). The chef, Tony, was very warm and friendly... we felt like in a small town. Food was cooked to order and tasty... undoubtedly we will be back. Oh, and they do donuts to order.
I had a cup of chili and the veggie sandwich....Both were excellent!! I loved the cozy little hometown feel, and that Tony came out, greeted us, made recommendations that were spot on! I'll be back...And I'll try a donut then!!
All I ca say is wow! Made to order donuts. So many choices so many combinations. The maple bacon donut is like eating a piece of heaven. Reasonable prices good food.
I love their pancakes, coffee and welcoming chef who customized my order for me exactly as I wanted. This is my new favorite breakfast joint.

Great service, good food. I love the maple bacon donuts... I also had the French toast, eggs and bacon. Very good.
Very good. Greeted by a friendly staff as soon as we walked through the door. Doughnuts are delicious.
