El azúcar moreno es probablemente la instalación favorita de Bondis para el brunch de fin de semana y la cena. Brown Sugar is probably Bondi's locals favourite institution for weekend brunch and dinner. The dimly-lit restaurant functions as a cafe during the day and a bistro-restaurant at night. The restaurant is virtually packed with hungry Sydneysiders, so bookings are a must! I ordered their recommended cured trout, fish pie and chocolate fondant during my visit last month. The fish pie differs from Boathouse's version in its less sophisticated gravy so to serve as a foil to the fresh snapper. The chocolate fondant is chewy and sticky and will certainly leave a sweet impression on your tongue. My only peeve was the cured trout, which tasted fishy and slimy. ¡Mi amigo y yo fuimos a cenar a cenar, que llegamos a Australia y nos encantó! Intentamos regresar hace tres años, pero no pudo llegar sin reservar. Un fin de semana en Sydney para pasar la oportunidad perfecta para volver aquí. Su carne completa es un surtido gratuito, lo que significa que puedo seleccionar algo del menú. Tomamos la Junta de Carcutería, el ojo de costilla con un lado de coinslaw y tenía un postre de fondant de chocolate. Todo con una botella de increíble rojo italiano (olvidó el tipo que era). My boyfriend and I went here for a dinner the first time we arrived in Australia and loved it! We tried to come back again about three years ago, but couldn't get a spot without a booking. Spending a weekend in Sydney was the perfect occasion to come here again. All their meat is free range which means I can pick anything from the menu. We took the charcuterie board, the rib-eye with a coleslaw side and had a chocolate fondant dessert. All of it with a bottle of amazing Italian red (forgot the kind it was). Headed here on a hectic saturday morning. Food: 9/10 Coffee: 8/10 Wait time: 5/10 Price: 9/10 Give yourself a bit of time because the food delivery is a bit slow, but definitely worth the wait, nice accurate preparation and tasty dishes.
