This place just never disappoints! Servers are always friendly and helpful, tables always clean, food always excellent, and drinks are served just right! They have the nicest wine glasses for those of us that notice things like that. Their Dynamite Roll and Tahitian Tuna salad are my favourites on the menu, my husband loves their burgers and fries, and their salads and Bowls are excellent! Didn't realize until just this year that they do the complimentary birthday dessert. We ate at 5:30 PM on a Saturday after the shops closed and felt it was a younger persons place but this was our 3rd visit so it could not be that off setting. The restaurant is attached to Vernon's Village Green Mall (Largest) and is 5 to 10 minutes to anyplace in town.The decor is modern with a Folksy, Pub,feeling. The staff were well turned out and pleasant. Our meals were well prepared, served promptly and Very Adequate for this pair of 75+ "youngsters", although they might not be so for some teenagers after Hockey Practice.The price was fair and you did not have to mortgage the farm to have a nice "evening out". Na een tijdje gezocht te hebben op TripAdvisor dit restaurant gevonden: gewoon tegenover ons hotel: Village Green. Super relaxed, maar wel gezellig ingericht,dat ontbreekt er hier nog wel eens aan in Canada. Salade gegeten, dochter pizza, echtgenoot iets Thais, allemaal heel smaakvol! Ze waren een kaasbroodje bij de salade van zoon vergeten en we kregen zomaar 25% korting op zijn salade, zo on-Nederlands! En ook kregen we gratis een heerlijk stuk taart! Dus; ga hier lekker eten, want het is gewoon lekker!

Went for a birthday dinner. Food was good but the service was horrible. 4 people at dinner. One person's food came out 15 minutes after everyone else. The excuse was the food was taken to the wrong table. No adjustment to the bill. Continuously had to flag people down to get any service and they forgot about the birthday cake that we brought in with us. Terrible service. Won't go back. Not what you should expect from a chain restaurant.

On late night shopping at the mall it was quite busy, but we found a spot on the contained patio. Service was polite, accurate and a little slow because of the business. Menu had a fair selection, skewed towards sandwiches, with a few salads and "bowls". The descriptions on the menu were obfuscated by the use of proprietary terminology. The food however was excellent quality and taste. wine beer could benefit from local draft beer.

Never had a bad experience here and been about a dozen times. Menu is limited and price is average. Good mix of healthy choices. Service has always been good.

I attended this restaurant in July 2017. The service was great food was excellent and beer was cold. What more could a person want?

Waitresses didn't really pay much attention to us, especially after we were finished eating it took for ever to get the bill.
