My friend and I recently visited Brü for tea and conversation. We had been there before and enjoyed the atmosphere, service, and food. However, during our most recent visit, despite the place being busy, we found ourselves waiting for service with no one attending the counter. Two assistants were busy by the coffee machine, and despite being visible to them, we were overlooked. A regular customer behind us gestured for a drink, which prompted one of the assistants to serve him while we waited to be acknowledged. My family visited Leicester for a competition and, while we were here, decided to have a wee afternoon treat. Lovely shop, nice and clean, staff were friendly and efficient, a lovely selection of hot food and cakes and a good menu of coffees so everyone got something they liked. Highly recommended.
Our experience in this coffee shop was not very positive. The staff were not very welcoming. The coffee was served lukewarm. The outside terrace area where we sat definitely needed some cleaning.
The staff was incredible and very accommodating. I enjoyed the best flat white in town and delicious waffles (I tried the Oreo waffle with their homemade ice cream).

Absolutely fantastic experience! The staff were extremely friendly and the food was delicious. We felt very welcomed and our desserts were just perfect!

One of the only cafe’s open in the middle of town till late with high quality coffee and drinks. Very friendly staff and nice outdoor seating area
