'The Bridge Restaurant', with views over the River Weser, is located on the connecting span between the hotel and theatre complex. In the background there is the continual sound of the waterfall. We had an excellent dinner here and the staff were courteous and helpful. As it happened we did reserve a table, since we noticed that the restaurant was completely full on Saturday evening. We both opted for fish as a main course and the white wine was excellent. Was however surprised that we continually had to refill our own wine glasses and this was not done by the waitress. All in all the food was excellent and portions very generous. Although they do not have specific dishes listed on the menu...

Although they have not listed any special dishes on the menu as "gluten free"...
Zum Muttertag hatten wir einen Tisch für mittags reserviert. Viele Nienburger sind dem Brückenrestaurant gegenüber eher skeptisch. Wir waren aber wirklich sehr zufrieden. Der Blick zum Bach und Fluss ist sehr schön, bei gutem Wetter kann man auch draußen sitzen. Die Bedienung war zuvorkommend und nett. Das Essen schmeckte super und war ansprechend angerichtet. Die Preise für ein Hauptgericht liegen etwa bei 16 - 18 €. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmte. Ich würde wieder dort essen.
Wir haben als Hotelgäste das Restaurant im Außenbereich genutzt bei romantischer Atmosphäre und Blick auf den Bach und den Fluss. Der Service war hervorragend, wie auch die Speisen frisch und geschmacklich super. Wir können uns nur bedanken bei der Küche für diesem gelungenen Abend.
