Bruegger's Bagels - Reservar una mesa

Bruegger's is my favorite spot to satisfy my coffee and breakfast bagel cravings when I'm not feeling too adventurous. Their sausage, egg, and cheese on jalapeño cheddar bagel is a must-try. The service is quick and friendly, the coffee is great, and the restrooms are clean. My only complaints are the pricing, as nearly $10 for a coffee and bagel feels a bit steep, and I'm not a fan of their newer specialty sandwiches. However, these are issues that come with being a chain restaurant. Overall, this franchise is fantastic.

When I come to DC to visit family, Bruggers is always on my list of places to go, because good bagels are hard to find on the west coast. Today's visit was a huge disappointment. My favorite rosemary bagels were flat and almost soggy. The Pumpernickle bagel wasn't flat, but still lacked the signature bagel texture. If I wanted Bagel shaped Objects, I could just go to the grocery store and pay a lot less.

This breakfast place gave me one of the worst experiences I've ever had. We ordered through the app and it said our order would be ready in 10-15 minutes, but it took nearly an hour. Additionally, my girlfriend's blueberry bagel with strawberry cream cheese was extremely burnt on one side. Save yourself the trouble and go to Dunkin' Donuts or Starbucks instead.

The Pastrami, Egg Swiss on ONION Bagel? The Onion Bits on the Bagel were BURNT adding a smell to the sandwich GOT Rid of the bagel! NO SWISS CHEESE!!!!! What are you guys doing!! I was starving and received this NEVER ORDERING HERE AGAIN and letting my circle know not to as well!

Friendly and fast service, great bagel with cream cheese, and really good vanilla iced coffee. Liliana was especially helpful, definitely will become a regular here!
