I do enjoy my time here. It is just a cool location being in an only fire station. There are many seating options inside. The bagels are good and consistently good. Frequently you can get a fresh warm bagel which is the best. I enjoy how walkable it is and it is also right by the bus stop. Parking in the front and the back is not ideal in these very small lots but it is doable. I would recommend the back lot over the front lot any day because it is so much easier to get out of.
It seems that our experience wasn't an isolated incident, based on other reviews. Just because you may have a dislike for DoorDash doesn’t mean orders should be overlooked. We waited for our DoorDash pickup order for 20 minutes past the time it was supposed to be ready, while we saw many other customers come and go. Unfortunately, this has been a recurring issue whenever we visit.
This place is in really bad shape. The floors have broken and missing tiles, everything looks dirty, and the bathrooms are disgusting, with used paper towels on the floor and no toilet paper or clean towels available. I love Bruegger's, but I would recommend steering clear of this location.
Food is good, buttttttt don’t waste time ordering ahead. It’s faster to just go in. I sat and waited 20 min after I was supposed to be able to pick up. So total 45 min . I watched 3 people order and walk out before I got my food. Reserva una mesa ahora
Ordered a Leonardo da veggie with jalapeño cream cheese and it didn?t have the extra jalapeño cream cheese and was missing the red onion and peppers. Very disappointed with my order, train the staff better please.
For instance, they inquired about our order after we had already paid, and it took 20 minutes for our food to arrive, which felt like an inconvenience.
Good food and coffee parking isn't awesome. Workers and manager on the rude side and less then dedicated to a positive customer experience.
