I have been frequenting this restaurant location for 2 years now. The manager, Bert, works tirelessly and it is evident in the restaurant's impeccable condition. Every time I visit, I am warmly welcomed with a smile. The restaurant is consistently spotless, with clean floors and a front door that is always free of fingerprints. The displays are well-organized and fully stocked. The entire staff is well-trained, and my orders are always accurate, including any special requests I may have. The bagels are always fresh and hot, and the coffee is prepared perfectly. Bert is an invaluable asset to the restaurant and worth every penny. The Poppy Seed Salt.
I instantly fell in love with this restaurant as soon as I walked in. Yesterday was my first time visiting, but I will definitely be returning. My friend brought me here for coffee, and it was hands down some of the best coffee I have ever had in New Haven. The restaurant is very clean and the staff are incredibly friendly. Additionally, they have a wheelchair accessible entrance for those with disabilities.
The restaurant serves delicious bagels with a variety of toppings and sandwich options. I ordered two breakfast bagels and two coffees. The coffees were quite large and they had run out of the house blend, so we tried the hazelnut which was great. The restaurant was busy on a Saturday morning, which indicates its popularity. I would definitely go back again.
Best bagels around! I am adding to my post. I cannot say enough about this Brueggers! Today it was Brueggers Birthday and it was a huge celebration! Plus, three free bagels for all too! The staff is always very welcoming when you walk in and they remember everyone's name! It is nice to see that there is still true customer service in this world!
