Hardly everyone makes traditional cooked then baked bagels in these days. Bruegger makes them right, and they're hot in the morning. The Brueggers downtown near the science museum makes it right, and above has an excellent staff. So I mean kind and they'll try to tell me what's hot when I'm here. This chain is a rescue island for me. I'll take the grandchildren. Long live Bruegger and traditional Bagels.
This restaurant serves excellent food! It's wonderful to discover places that offer a variety of sausage options, perfect for those who can't have pork sausage or ham. And their bagels are absolutely amazing.
Bruegger is so reliable. I only give four stars, because for my last two orders I asked for a roasted bagel for my sandwich and they didn't dare. Small thing compared to their quality products.

Excellent bagels. What makes me go back, though, is the people who work here. The energy is amazing and everyone is kind and attentive.
The Bagels here are amazing and the service is some of the best. They were very polite and they also have an excellent menu selection.
Bruegger's on Monroe is consistently good and there is no other place in Rochester that can compare.
