Bruegger's Bagels - Reserva de mesa

Came here on a Saturday at 9:00. It doesn't matter to wait and understand, breakfast places are busy on Saturday morning. However, this place was not as busy as I have seen it before and decided to lock the doors and other customers had to come to tell us that they are taking more customers?. We had already ordered and paid a lock on the way. We called to ask how we could get our order and were told that we had to come (again no problem, we just shortened to comfort). I had tried to come in, but they closed the doors, so I'm not sure how they expected them to work. Overall a really negative experience, people will understand when there are many customers that their waiting time will be longe...

I don?t review very many restaurants but, this time I am. The staff particular instance was extremely rude and had an obvious attitude about a language barrier. Management! If your staff does not understand someone due to a accent or whatever they don?t need to laugh at the customer! They don?t need to be made fun of and they don?t need to mocked!! Very disrespectful and actually I would even consider it discrimination. This is one restaurant that I will delete from ever going to again. Your staff needs to learn respect and grow up!

This place is about 25% staffed. Go elsewhere. Update: waited 15 minutes for my preorder. Had to wait in line despite making the preorder they were helping people who walked in after me, so I just got in line. hastily made sandwich way worth the wait, but I?ve walked out before at this location and there?s no way to get a refund. Shout out to the one girl trying to keep up with everything, but truly hope more people avoid this location.

I come here almost every day. Today was the worst day ever. The cashier was very rude. I ordered 2 hash brown they didn't give it to me, I went and told them about and they made it when I went home I saw the hash brown was burnt and they only gave me one. If people work at a food restaurant they need to have good customer service but that cashier today was very rude and it makes me not want to come back here again. Reserva una mesa ahora

The service was good and everything, but honestly Bruegger's is not good. The bagels themselves are tasty, but they do not know how to make a good bagel sandwich. They are too dry and overpriced. I do not understand why I continue to come here. I had a pastrami egg sandwich today and it was awful, like eating a plain egg.

This place needs some work. The men's bathroom has debris over the floor, Pee ALL over the toilet, full garbage can and no paper towels to wash your hands. Women's restroom out of order. Not sure how employees wash their hands without paper towels. There were also no paper towels in the hardware station. Great.

I understand lots of restaurants are short staffed and times are tough but...the bathroom was filthy here, and the everything bagels were massively overcooked to the point of being inedible- felt like I was about to break a tooth on it.

Every last three times I was with this Bruegger? You screwed my order. Today I didn't know until I got home, but my egg sandwich had no eggs? I would recommend eating here if there are other ways to correct your order Reserva una mesa ahora

The bagel was delicious. However, the service from the staff was slow and it took a long time to receive it.

The sandwiches are overpriced, but you can get 3 bagels for $2 after your initial purchase.
