Horrible experience here as I stopped by to pick up an order to go. The black lady was friendly and asked the name. I waited patiently for 15 min as a half dozen people came, had their sandwiches made and left. I was just me standing there again waiting for just a couple of sandwiches. I tried asking the short white stocky gal about my order and was just ignored. I raised my voice to get her attention again and different lady came out with a clipboard who appeared to be the manager. She said ?Can I help you??? I told her was not to happy about the way I was treated and waiting forever for a small order? also I?m about to just leave, and she said ?Well Just Leave Then!!? Fine?. I?ll never be...

I was hesitant at first, but I chose to check out this restaurant last Saturday at 10 AM, only to discover it was closed with no signs indicating the reason. I came back on Sunday and found a long line, with just one person taking orders at the counter and two others working on mobile orders. Even though I had to wait for more than half an hour, I have to give them 5 stars for their professionalism, friendliness, and accuracy in handling my order. I will definitely be returning!

This place has great bagels. They have a nice Selection of bagels and cream cheese spreads. I haven?t noticed any dairy free or gluten free for those with sensitive diets, you may have to ask if they have those options. We?ve come here for years for bagels. The restrooms could use some attention, yet it is lunch time and it was busy. They are short staffed like everybody else in business, so if you complain, then grab an application and turn it in. My cousin and I had a terrible experience at Bruegger's Bagels. In the past, it had been enjoyable, but this time the quality was much worse. The restaurant wasn't busy, yet the staff were rude and impatient. Many of the ingredients were unavailable, and it felt like there was an extra charge for nearly every topping. I wouldn't recommend this place; it's better to spend your money elsewhere to get better service.

I typically love the bagel sandwiches at this restaurant, but I won't be returning. The staff seemed preoccupied with other tasks in the back. When I got home with the sandwiches for myself and my husband, I saw that the egg on mine had a greenish hue. I discarded it. Both of us have had stomach issues all day, and I'm not sure if the egg or something else in the sandwich caused it.

Food is good like always, however the ceiling tiles and air ducts in the dinning area are very dirty and gross looking. I hope the kitchen area isn?t as dirty as the ceiling in the main area. Reserva una mesa ahora

I always order online, the orders are always ready when I get there. The bagels are always yummy and the staff has been friendly everytime I have picked up my orders.

Don?t plan on mobile ordering if you want it to take under 30-40 minutes. They won?t tell you what time the order will be ready either, it?s just a fun guessing game.
