I would suggest avoiding this location and trying another one instead. The restaurant was dirty, with sticky counters, tables, and chairs that clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a while. The service was awful—despite having four employees working, they seemed indifferent to the two customers ahead of us in line. They messed up the two orders before ours, and then they didn’t even toast our bagels as requested, resulting in a $15 purchase for two cold bagels with cream cheese that weren’t even correct. The parking lot is small and shared with Starbucks, making it difficult to find a spot. Additionally, there was a homeless person outside who was aggressively approaching customers for spare change...
I had a fantastic experience with their fresh bagels, which were served promptly. I stopped by on a bustling Friday morning, and the staff was both friendly and full of energy. My order was completed swiftly. There is a wide variety of bagel options and spreads available, all at very reasonable prices. I will definitely be coming back!
I’ve never been to a place like Bruegger's Bagels where they are so stingy with the cream cheese. The amount on my bagel was so minimal it was barely noticeable. Are they really struggling so much that they have to skimp on cream cheese? It’s completely absurd, especially considering the rest of their menu.
I'm not usually a bagel person, but a work colleague brought me to Bruegger's Bagels, and I enjoyed it so much that I returned the next morning for breakfast by myself. The service was quick, there was a good variety of options, and the food was delicious. The hazelnut roast coffee was also excellent.
