Why is the Spinach piled on one side of the BYO Omelette and not distributed properly. Why are the Hashbrowns cooked too hard? If this is the place on the Eastside, you really need to do better!!!

The Denver omelette was incredibly tasty and arrived piping hot. I requested cheese on my hash browns and it was just the right amount.

I was disappointed that the orange juice was not freshly squeezed. The potatoes needed more seasoning. Everything else was just okay.

My favorite thing to get is the florentine Benedict with a lemon berry pancake on the side. It's just *chefs kiss* top tier
