15. April, Friday evening, we decide for the Twingelmenue, 2 x 3 courses and 2 glasses of champagne at the price of 44.40 euros. The asparagus cream soup is incredibly delicious, wonderfully creamy and rich, with asparagus and salmon pieces, the main meal with asparagus, potatoes and small calf carving is a tasteful experience. Christian Seebold himself accepted the order for a menu and advised us. The service is the crowning: Julian, still in training, makes such a fantastic job, keeps the rest, advised comprehensive, manages almost artistically with the full tray and takes time for one or other fun. A great evening thanks to the team!
We were thrilled! We spent 3 wonderful days in Cleversulzbach at Hotel Brunnenstüble and were really pampered in the restaurant! Thanks for the exceptionally nice service! Hotels with friendly staff are often found... but soooo cordial people, from boss to service staff, we have rarely met! Our dog Louie was also allowed to feel comfortable and was like a guest! Thank you. Only a small spa area could make this great hotel even better!
