Brunos change hands. Not nearly as good as it was when Mike owned it. The sauces have been hard hit, especially on their square pie and their muscles. The red sauce on their muscles was the biggest disappointment, as I considered the former owners sauce the best I have ever had. I tried to give the new owners a chance third visit , but it's just mediocre pizza joint now. Maybe a step below. Too bad. On
I ordered a simple pie of plain pizza and wings. The pizza was so full of cheese and salty and extremely saggy i didn’t even enjoy it. Then the wings were saggy and salty as well, not to mention how skinny and meatless they were. Wouldn’t buy pizza again here unfortunately. Not sure what’s the hype about.
The end of an Era. Brunos in Clifton hands down HAD the best square pie in NJ. Rumor has it that there is a new partner in town. Nothing is the same with the pie. Sauce is so bitter, pizza is always burnt. The dough is tough not at all airy and light as it used to be. So disappointing.
The sauce is salty and tart. I saw this place on the 99 best pizza in NJ list so decided to give it a try, that was a mistake I won't make again. Also, a really uncomfortable whites only vibe in here. If you care about that type of thing you might want to avoid this place. Reserva una mesa ahora
I've been enjoying Bruno's Pizza since the mid-70s, and it tastes just as great today as it did back then! The Sicilian Bruno's Special Pizza is a must-try. The staff is incredibly friendly, making the dining experience even better!
the pizza sauce and the cheese were great. I had no pizza with so big taste since I was a teenager. I live in new york and not even patsy’s pizza in 117th street 1st avenue beats the taste of brunos at clifton mall plaza.
I stopped here on a long bike ride a few days ago and this place is great! I ordered a chicken wrap with fries. Fries were PERFECT on the crunch and tase. Friendly service and a nice amount of space inside.
