Went to Brusters instead of Scoops that I was craving for 3 days for a carmel machiato that was a flavor listed on their flavor menu,mind you I walked there for this ice cream on a hot day..I look on the list I don't see the flavor or any of the flavors with expresso beans but they had coffee, I was very disappointed so I order 1 scoop on a regular cone because I had my dog I knew I couldn't handle anything larger so the young guy gives me a 3 scoop cone for 6.09 so I asked is this 1 scoop he says no its our regular cone it comes with 3 scoops..I said no I only wanted 1 scoop I have my dog this is too big he says ok I refund you and take.some ice cream off for you I said okay thank you but j...
I did not have a positive experience with the managers at this location. When I mentioned to the manager that there was an issue with my ice cream, he told me to bring it back. Upon doing so, the thin, peculiar manager refused to honor what the first manager had said. Additionally, I noticed that they use the same spoon in the same containers of ice cream. The manager also spoke over my ice cream and pointed at it with the lid off, then told me I needed to take my items and leave without remaking my order or addressing the previous manager's commitment to me. I would not recommend shopping here, as the disrespect was evident in their demeanor.
I just want to say thank you to Arejanna I received an ice I thought I was going to like but due to being pregnant my baby said otherwise. She was very professional with talking to her manager about switching my ice cream for me unlike her other coworker. I thank her for her good customer service and helping me not waste any money. I said I would keep the one I had and she insisted on speaking to the manager for me. 10/10 I’ll be back again just for her. Thank you Arejanna
You have no idea how much you brightened my night! I decided last minute that I wanted some “Bruster’s” ice cream and called to let them know I was on my way. They kindly waited for me for 7 minutes! (I can't guarantee they will do that for everyone, of course.) When I arrived looking a bit disheveled, the staff was incredibly sweet and professional, which I really appreciated. Thank you so much! If you're in Tucker, GA, make sure to get your “Bruster’s” from here!

Amazing service. Helpful and courteous staff. Very, very polite snd well mannered. I was helped by a Muslim girl. She was the sweetest thing. I’ll be back!!!
Quick service even during rush hour! Ice cream is a little sweet for me and prices aren’t like Braum’s but nice place to go out for dessert
Kid-friendliness: Atmosphere is happy n clean area with seating n the front n the back of the store.
I drove some miles to get here. And they weren't open during the hours listed online. Disappointed

Ice cream was good but for the cone was Very Very stale and high price!!! And small for the price!
I was really disappointed to find a long hair in the sundae we ordered. I won't be returning.
