Bruster's Real Ice Cream

My wife and I just had the sweetest young lady by the name of Ella wait on us at the Altamonte Springs location. We had just received our ice cream cones and a puppy cone for our dog when Lewie jumped up and knocked my wife's cone to the ground, to the delight of Lewie. Ella smiled and got my wife another cone. I didn't expect this but knowing from previous experience the staff have been outstanding, cheerful, polite YOUNG adults I could have expected it. Thank you Ella you have made us a loyal Bruster's family for life.

This was my first and last time I’d ever go to this business. The young lady at your window gave me and my family the worst experience ever. I believe her name is Emily. She slammed the window in my 1 year old son’s face after he told her “thank you”. We’re still not exactly sure what her issue was. Deplorable and disgusting attitude. I’d much rather buy an ice cream cone from McDonalds than to ever deal with something like that again.

Boosters Ice Cream is absolutely fantastic! They have the best Italian ice in the county—nothing else even comes close. The flavors are vibrant and refreshing, and you can tell they use quality ingredients. On top of that, the customer service is amazing. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. Visiting Boosters is always a delightful experience. Highly recommend!

This restaurant offers a great selection of vegan desserts. You can order at the counter and dine at outdoor tables. They offer a generous pup cup with vanilla ice cream and a dog biscuit, and will even provide a cup of water for your dog. Reserva una mesa ahora

I witness the guy was making someone waffle cone and blood was dripping from his arm, with no gloves on or didn't stop to address the blood that was dripping from his arm, quite disgusting and it turn me to get back in my car and leave...

I was disappointed to discover that the restaurant is not completely vegan. I was specifically looking for a mint chocolate option, but they only had vanilla, chocolate, and cookies and cream flavors available.

Been a while since i visited, ice cream was extremely delicious and fresh. Service was perfect and fast even with them being busy on a Saturday evening. Will go back soon.

The quality of the ice cream is awesome. I recommend this place a 100% and try the mango ice cream.
