Bruster's Real Ice Cream

Last weekend our sons celebrated 5. Birthday and Breaster's was the hit of the party. Aerial arrived on time, was professional and friendly for our many guests (the among 5 people can be a little impatient), and scrubbing faster than I thought was possible. Everyone was thrilled by the delicious ice cream and I am so happy that we chose vanilla ice cream and wrinkles. Who knew there were people who don't like chocolate and the little ones love sprinkles on everything?! The pièce de résistance were the waffle bowls, soooo yummy! The restaurant has a lot of potential, but it could use some improvements. Their ice cream is fantastic, and some of the staff are great as well. They have a lovely outdoor dining area with benches and tables, which I really enjoy. I love taking my dog to Brunette's because they provide free pup cups! However, on my last visit, the service was quite disappointing. The person who took my order was rude, and to make matters worse, they handled my ice cream without gloves and touched the cone with their bare hands. While Brunette's is a great spot for ice cream, the service has been lacking lately.

We love Bruster's. There isn't one where we are from so when traveling one of the first things my son always asked is if there is a Bruster's near us. This one was no exception to great ice cream but the staff was very young, didn't look like there was anyone over 18 and it showed in the service. Ice cream was yummy!

Lots of workers but very chaotic. Lots of joking around going on without attentiveness to the customer. Poorly served ice cream. Just not a good visit. Not very clean looking either. Won’t go again with so many other options around. Reserva una mesa ahora

The ice served here is quite disappointing, and the way the staff treats the customers, especially the children, is absolutely ridiculous! Since I stay at TYBC, it's just a short walk for us, but I don't think we'll be returning.

My ice cream was about milkshake consistency when I was handed it. Dripped all over me and they’re response was “oh yeah, that flavor is pretty warm right now.” Great quality control! Husband’s waffle cone was stale as well.

My wife and I had a horrible experience here on 6/11/2022. There were a group of customers cussing and threatening other customers, and the management actually allowed it. We'll never be back.

Choose another ice cream place in sandy springs. Ice cream came out mostly melted. Got two water cups too and they were warm. Won’t be back Reserva una mesa ahora

Yeah they have a really wide selection of ice cream but yeah it's if you like real ice cream go to Bruster's

Great variety of ice and toppings. The service is friendly.
