I never really give bad reviews off of my first experiences with restaurants. If I don?t like the food I never review either. Some people just have different taste. However I ordered food from this location and they gave me food which was completely RAW.I understand this may not happen all the time and can happen at restaurants. However if you choose to eat here check your foodto be sure it?s cooked. Door dash did a wonderful job of fixing the problem by refunding my money. However when I called thestore to let them know the food was uncooked they didn?t seem to care. I got passed around from employee to employee. On a positive note, DoorDash was great in resolving the issue by issuing a refund. Unfortunately, when I called the restaurant to report the uncooked food, the staff didn't seem to take it seriously. I was shuffled between employees, and when I finally spoke to the manager, they merely informed me of the refund without offering any apology for the uncooked meal. While I could overlook food that was burnt or poorly tasted, serving unsafe food is unacceptable.
My burrito was mostly rice—about 90% of it, in fact. It had three to four times the amount of rice you'd find in a Chipotle burrito. Although the beans and toppings appeared fresh, the overwhelming amount of rice completely overshadowed them, making it hard to taste anything else. I ended up throwing most of it away. What a waste of ten dollars.
The food is delicious, and the service is moderately paced. The restaurant tends to be quite busy. Prices are reasonable, and they offer a kids' menu as well. I would definitely recommend this place. We ordered a kids' quesadilla, chicken tenders, a shrimp taco salad, chips with queso, and a drink.

I didn’t place an order since I wasn’t aware of the prices. My coworkers from Meijer Pharmacy recommended this place, and they all rave about how delicious and filling the food is. It looks amazing, and I definitely want to try it, but I’ll wait until I have more than $5 to spend!
I like that this place offers a larger variety or protein options, compared to other places but the result is just mediocre. Nothing super flavorful or tasty. Just like a fast food burritos spot. No complaints but can?t say i?d break my neck to comeback.
The Loaded Queso Curly Fries were delicious. The quesadilla was just okay; I was disappointed that the tortilla wasn't homemade, which affected its taste. However, the rice in the children's Bean Cheese Burrito with chips was good.
The atmosphere was off-putting, and the customer service left much to be desired. The woman preparing the food seemed disinterested, which made it hard to feel welcomed. Unfortunately, I didn't experience a friendly vibe at all.

I was told this was the place to try something new, but I was really disappointed for the $20 I spent. I expected more than just a quesadilla, and the food felt very undercooked. What are your thoughts?
They clearly don't pay attention to what you're ordering. It seems like their main focus is just getting customers in and out quickly.
