In my past visits, their food has always satisfied me. As of lately however, I've noticed some changes that were a bit disappointing. I'm dismayed at their decision to discontinue their nacho cheese. Not sure of the reason for that, but it was always so good in the past. It was always a staple ingredient in all of my orders. The queso cheese was good, but still would have much rather preferred the nacho. Today I got lettuce on top of my chiwawa, but unfortunately, I regretted that decision once I started to eat. My only issue was the way the burrito was rolled. It wasn’t the standard method of tucking in the sides before rolling, resulting in a shorter, thicker burrito. Unfortunately, this technique led to an uneven mix of ingredients. When I took a bite, it lacked consistency; I ended up with a mouthful of rice at first, and then a chunk of beef later on. It seemed like whoever came up with this rolling style had never considered how it would affect the eating experience.
I recommend asking for a traditional roll instead. You’ll get a much better, more uniform burrito that makes for a more enjoyable meal.
I ordered online for two burritos and a beef salad, but when my delivery arrived, they had only sent the beef salad. Both burritos were missing, so I had to place another order elsewhere to feed the other people. Additionally, the beef salad was quite small for $15, and given that price, I expected better quality. The taste reminded me of something you might get from Taco Bell. This was my first time ordering here, and unfortunately, it will likely be my last.
Terrible experience getting food from here. They messed up our entire order and refused to respond to fixing it. I contacted customer service via email and still no response. The fries had about 10 in the box maybe and under cooked. The 3 bowls were all done incorrectly. One of them was a vegetarian bowl and we got home to eat and it was filled with chicken. Forgot the queso.Terrible service. I will never return to this location.

I went here for the first time recently and I was kinda hesitant trying something new. When I walked in I was warmly greeted but a man with glasses whose name was ray. Ray really helped me with my experience by giving me suggestions and even let me taste test some of the sauces when I got curious. Great service and even better food. 10/10 would recommend and most definitely will be going back in the near future!!
I visited in the middle of the afternoon and had a hard time deciding what to order. Ray, who I asked for by name, was incredibly helpful. He took the time to explain the menu options and made my decision much easier. Ray went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was excellent.
If you like Chipotle, then you will love this place. I have been a fan since my first experience last year. It is very customizable and delicious
