Bubbakoo's Burritos

This restaurant is the worst place to pick up Uber orders. We arrived around 8:30 pm to pick up an order, but the place was already closed with the lights off. Despite trying to communicate with the two employees who were wrapping up, they ignored us and kept insisting that they were closed. Even after multiple attempts to explain that we were there to pick up an Uber order, they refused to listen. Eventually, we had to call the customer to cancel the order and left feeling frustrated. This whole situation could have been avoided if the employees had been more considerate and understood that we were not there to dine, but simply to pick up an order. We came in for a quick last minute lunch on a Saturday hearing that a new burrito shop had opened up. (Pocono Location)The atmosphere was casual and fun. The service was speedy and super friendly. We ordered the crispy chicken bacon Sriracha quesadilla and the Nashville hot chicken burrito. Both delicious but the quesadilla stole my heart! Ridiculously crispy and balanced flavors with just enough cheese for a satisfying cheese pull! Can’t wait to go back and try more!

No need to ever go to Chipotle or Moe’s again with Bubbakoo’s so close to home. Their ingredients and meats are always fresh and always delicious. My wife is very picky when it comes to fast food meats and even she’s a raving fan. But the biggest reason I’m a fan of THIS Bubbakoo’s in particular is the staff. It’s clear they enjoy going to work and they care for each other… and naturally that comes off to customers. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could.

Not sure why so many people are complaining. I love their taco salad in a shell. Best part is they offer brown rice- something I rarely see at places that offer a taco salad. My husband has been inside a few times and has said everything looks fine and he gets his order quickly. I'll continue to return. Good empanadas also! Reserva una mesa ahora

So delicious and the friendliest staff! Seriously every staff member was smiling which is a such a refreshing change! I had the General Tso tacos and my husband had the steak and shrimp burrito. The ingredients were fresh and the meat was good. Will be back!

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant. Tina and Sabrina greeted us warmly and made our visit enjoyable. They were friendly and attentive, and our food order was perfect. We will definitely be returning in the future.

It's not the cleanest place, the white rice is always mushy and sticky and the stuff is usually luke warm when I get it. I do like it as a chipotle alternative, but it's not perfect.

Was super excited to try. Value for money isn’t there. Chipotle’s is better. $15 burrito 1/2 the size of chipotles. Taste was okay.
