Bubby’s Chicken Waffles

Hidden Gem of Springfield. If you've never had a true chicken and waffles this is the spot. It's located right outside of Downton hidden on a neighborhood corner. Parking is minimal however don't let that stop you. There was music and a bit of dancing while I waited for my food. Best chicken and waffles ever! Late night option just makes everything better as well. We have been multiple times and the food is always spot on, no matter the time. We love y’all!
