I have been a fan for the last years, but moved out of town and only just was able to return for a birthday dinner. I have to say that other than the decor which hasn't changed in all that time, the quality of...the food was very disappointing. We started off with a nacho appetizer made with stale chips and skimpy toppings. For the mains, my daughter and I had the burgers and were very disappointed. We both could only manage a few bites. The beef had a strange taste and an undercooked texture to it. My salad came in a cup and was impossible to eat with having it spill all over. My wife had a folded chicken sandwich, and it looked like an absolute mess. It was noted to be "Instagram" worthy,...
Our family of four decided to give this place a shot. We are from out of town and picked this place on close proximity to where our hotel was. The service wasn't great, servers seemed super busy and place was slightly understaffed? We ordered meals and shocked how small they were(I understand they are kids meals, and smaller than adult menu options). My son literally got French fries. We ended up ordering a half order of fries since we didn't have enough. The quality and taste of the food was good. The french fries were delicious! Overall, we enjoyed ourselves. For the price and service and portion size, I don't think we would return. But glad we tried it out.
Went here with my boyfriend during a snowstorm. We were seated in a corner upstairs that was a little tucked away so our waitress didn't come by too often but otherwise service was very friendly. We ordered the Windsor style pizza crusts which was essentially...a ginormous pile of breadsticks with pizza toppings and quite tasty, as well as the chicken cevapi-which is similar to a sausage and may be the tastiest chicken I have ever had! The garlic sauce is delicious; although I would avoid it if you plan on kissing someone any time that week because that stuff is powerful!
I called to place a take out order Sat Aug 19/17. I was put on hold and then left on hold for over 10 minutes. I hung up and decided to try and call back, hoping someone just forgot to get back to me. I then proceeded to call back a few times, and each time the line was busy... The line remained busy for quite some time.....We've dined in and placed take out orders before and never experienced anything like this. Safe to say they have changed my mind about them. Very disappointed because I do love Bubbi's

I haven't been to Bubi's in a few years. In the past couple of weeks have stopped in twice. Both times the food and service was very good. The sandwiches and burgers were awesome. Each time they were served quickly and nice and hot. They have a number of different options and choices for lunch and dinner. They also have great looking desserts, but we were too full to try them..maybe next time. There is plenty of parking in the area. Most of it is metered.
Very disappointed. My order came to 100$ for 4 burger meals but that wasn't the problem. If I'm paying 22 dollars a meal(burger and fries)and you send out bugers that looked and tasted like preformed burgers from the grocery store then I'm won't be ordering or recommending them ever again. What happen to their amazing burgers from back in the day. Will say bubi's sauce is still great
Our waiter was awesome. Pretty friendly. This place had a cool atmosphere. Like most people, we decided to try this place since it was on the Food Network. We ordered the Pizza Crust breadsticks and they were PHENOMENAL! So good and way more than could eat. We ordered burgers. They were ok, but not great.
eat well only cold (soup.) booth, we sat on dirty. not so well understand. waitress big, though not in a few years, so another attempt may give only a bad day than midday and only a waitress.

Original pizza crust is always good along with their best of the breast dinner dish. Their food is always at a good price with friendly environment.
DON’T get the onion rings for take out! U get of them for tax! Very disappointed. Won’t be ordering with my work group ever again!
