Buca Di Beppo - Reservar una mesa

We were a party of 17 on a Saturday afternoon with a reservation that wasn't in their book. After only a few minutes, the situation was resolved professionally and we were seated. The five Italians among us remembered seeing many of the pictures and decorations and hearing our elders speak about sitting at the owner's table in the kitchen. The menu is extensive. We ordered family style including three different salads, three pasta dishes, two chicken dishes and a platter of meatballs. Everything, and the bread, was wonderful. We brought our own cake and ordered a Spumoni which feed at least 6. We were pleasantly amazed when the bill arrived.

The last time that we came to this place it absolutely sucked. We had a fried appetizer which consisted of mozzarella sticks, fried calamari and something else. But it wasn’t fried to perfection and the calamari was not cooked all of way thru. My Fettuccini Alfredo wasn’t tasty. We usually never complain or send things back but this time we did send the appetizer back and decided to not ever come to this place again...

This place is very nice. It's very nicely decorated inside. It's usually packed. I really only have one complaint, you have to share everything. It's a nice idea, but when you're picky like me and everyone wants something you don't like you end up not eating what you want, but what everyone else wants.

If you're into authentic Italian food its not here. This was more like a theme park.

Lasagne is a joke. 1 1/2 of no meat, no cheese, just pasta. Crapola.
