I took my son and his girlfriend here for their first cocktails. Whilst the drinks were amazing Sex on the Beach, Hawaiian and Long Island Ice Tea (very strong), the service was fast but we found the female server very rude and abrupt. Not having visited before, we sat down and she just stood over us. We asked for the drinks menu and she rudely pointed at the small QR code on the corner of the table. We ordered and the drinks arrived quickly and were lovely. My daughter and her friend then joined us but as the table only seated four, we pulled up another chair. The same lady very rudely told us we couldn’t move chairs and told us to move to another table. We finished our drinks, paid and left. Won’t be returning if we see the same staff member is working, which is a shame as the cocktails were great and 6 Euros each during “happy hour”.
Cliente fijo desde la primera vez que fui. Los cocktails son de alta calidad. Gran variedad de ginebras, rones y whiskeys. Durante el día hay un ambiente relajado con música chill out y a partir de las 22:00 u 23:00 la música se vuelve más animada. Las vistas son espectaculares y además es una zona sin viento, algo casi único en Lanzarote. Además la terraza de al lado tiene un restaurante (BBQ) donde sirven comida exquisita, el jamón de 5J es simplemente espectacular. Volveré una y otra vez porque cada vez me lo paso mejor. Gracias por existir
We have visited this bar two nights running with great service from the male member of staff, went to visit again with a female member of staff totally different attitude telling you where you can and cannot sit, not exactly bursting with customers so why the need to be try forceful whet you sit?? Anyway this female member of staff did us a favour as we left and found a better bar and atmosphere with no issues where you sit (Upper Deck)
