Best Detroit style pizza by far. Spicy and delicious. Still tastes like it did when I was a kid. Pizza was ready about 5 minutes earlier than the app said. 5/2024 update: pizza still great, hamburger is gigantic and juicy! Dined in with party of 15. Buddy's had no problem keeping up with our crazy requests. Still great on Oct/2023
If you’re looking for authentic Detroit style pizza this is the only place to go. Buddy’s pizza is the best of everything, cheesy, crunchy, saucy, and loaded with toppings. The individual salad is plenty for 2-3 people, the medium feeds 3-4, and I’ve never dared order a large for fear of never finishing it.
I meet one of my coworkers here at least once a month for lunch and the food never disappoints. Great pizza, salad, sandwiches and soup (especially the chicken tortilla . Hats off to Amy — a FABULOUS server who always manages to be friendly and efficient even when the place is hopping!
Service was good. Wasnt a fan of the pizza or spaghetti. Just different and not my cup of tea. It was dry and not real flavorful. Spaghetti sauce was watered down or thin. This was at the plymouth rd location. Reserva una mesa ahora
Good pizza for a chain restaurant, but they have slightly smaller portions and there are better restaurants in Detroit if you want the full Detroit pizza experience.
Outstanding!! We ordered like 5 pies and 2 four squares, everyone loved all!! Fresh, hot, perfect crust ! Been wanting to try Detroit style a while now and Big Fan
Unassuming but welcoming environment with cheerful staff, great drinks, and truly superb Detroiter pizza. Amazing texture and flavor.

"Fantastic place for breakfast. Easily a dozen choices of omelettes. Also at least a dozen breakfast choices like corned beef and hash, french toast, an italian sausage breakfast, and pork chop and eggs. I had the spinach and feta cheese omelette;filling and perfectly done (not runny nor burnt). They even have an omelette with steak. Great service; hard working friendlypeople."
