This is located at the El Vado Motel with a few other restaurants. There are no tables inside, so you can either take the food to go, eat outside on the patio, or go to the taproom across the patio. All the food we ordered was incredible. We tried a pork tamale and black bean/jalapeno tamale; both were great. We also ordered Yuca Fries, which were probably the best fries I have ever had; like, I don't think I can eat potato-based fries again. We also ordered the chicharron plate. The chicharrones were not the pork-rind style, more the pork belly style. They were crispy on the outside, but surprisingly juicy inside and super flavorful. The Chicharrones plate was amazing. It was fried pork belly chunks that were tender and juicy. Plantains were excellent. We also ordered the yucca fries which tasted even better than fries. Similar texture as potato but a little sweet. Loved the pink sauce. Friendly and quick service. Beware all seating is outside or in the tap room. This is a small food stall inside the El Vado restaurant area. Excellent meal and would be a regular if I lived in Albuquerque.
Fantastic vegan options. No having to guess what on the menu is vegan. Hands down the best vegan tamales I’ve ever had and we ate both the vegan tamal options. Normally I hate olives but I even loved the tapenade one. The vegan bowl was big, beans and veggies were excellent. Got a blackberry smoothie with oat milk. In love with this place.
this may be the best food i?ve ever had. i stopped here on a cross country road trip, and i already plan to return for this food! i got the arroz con pollo which came with sweet plantains, beans, and yuca fries. i have never tasted beans this good. all of the flavors complemented each other so well.

My first time at this restaurant and I love it. The food is delicious and the dishes are abundant. The perfect touch of seasonings. The outdoor setting also makes it special. Highly recommended. I stop by Buen Provecho every time I visit Albuquerque. It never dissapoints. Their food is soo good!
This place is actually in a renovated motel with some hipster shops and eateries. Super cool environment. The staff is incredibly friendly and there are several vegan options. The mushroom tamales were fantastic and get the yucca fries too!
Traveling back home to Florida, made a quick stop at this place. Wanted something latin, carribben, tropical food. Well I found it. The Food was amazing, every ingredients were fresh and with good taste. Will recommend to everyone!
The buen Provencho area is located in a number of shops and restaurants with common outdoor seating. All the food was good, but the Empanadas were some of the best I ever had!

Staying at the El Vado for a night and Buen Provecho is the best place to grab a meal. The food is delicious! Got a sandwich with yucca fries. The sauces were so good.
Food is good but a bit too expensive for the quantity. The cheese empanada are flavorless without their sauce.Food: 4/5
