Buena vida - Reservar una mesa

As good as the German food is in Essen, it was nice for a little variety. We went into Buena ida early on a Friday night without reservations. They were able to accommodate us but gave us a time limit as someone else with reservations would be along. The menu is very big and offers a good selection of traditional Tapas. The menu lists everything in Spanish with German sub titles. Since Tapas are one of our favorite foods, we were able to order just using the Spanish. They did offer an English menu but we declined. tapas are such a thing. it is in the end snacks, and so you can expect less culinary high flights than a nice evening with tasty little things in an appropriate price-performance ratio. Some of the tapas are better than you get them often, so the meaty-fresh boquerones fritos, others might be a little less convincing, like the huh in the sauce. everything in all, you can really feel comfortable here. the service may not have visited five years restaurant school, but is attentive and mostly friendly. the service was very friendly and accommodating. the food came quickly, although the restaurant was well visited, and was very tasty – unfortunately, have already caught quite bad "tapas restaurants". all in one it was a very beautiful evening. come back!
