The wrap itself was soft on top and generously topped with melted cheese, but beneath it was rock hard—not crispy, but tough, as if it had been microwaved first. That part was inedible. The saving grace came from the pots of salsa, sour cream, and guacamole, which added flavor to the meal; otherwise, it would have been a 2 out of 10. Even the tortilla chips were the cheapest available. The side of chips was quite nice, though. My friend's meal included half ribs and chicken wings, but they initially messed up the order and had to send back the first batch. On the positive side, the portion sizes were generous. My rack of ribs was so large that I took half of it home, and it was tasty as well. However, there were some drawbacks. Out of the five of us dining, two meals arrived nearly cold, and one meal was served five minutes after the others. This was surprising since we were the only customers when we placed our orders, and it wasn't during busy hours. Although the restaurant advertises itself as a Tex-Mex establishment, there were no options for a bowl of tortilla chips with our drinks. The only tortilla chip option we found on the menu was a £14.95 sharing platter that was heavily laden with sauces.
