An unpleasant experience! We went to dinner tonight, 5 people, no aperitif, no entrance, it took 45 min to have our dishes, fries archicotta, meat not tasty and hard, first disappointment! Then after 1h15 still no dessert, I go to the crate to share our waiting that is no longer bearable, someone comes to take the order and brings us the desserts. When the manager asks me if everything was okay? I'm not answering him at all! And there, nothing... in fact she asks the question because she has to, I tried to exchange it with her, she stayed in a complete mutism. No excuse, no move, nothing! Customer satisfaction is not one of its priorities, filling the box drawer is more important in his eyes...

The fries are very crispy and delicious like burger with a perfect blue meat cuisine and a soft bread, but the price is that I find a little too expensive for some dishes, but the atmosphere and service of the Buffalo Grill stays at the rendezvous
