On a shopping trip to France we stayed in a place in the middle of nowhere. On our way to get petrol to venture further to find a restaurant for my Husband's birthday,(we were all feeling grumpy after a long day stuck in the traffic problems of French protesters burning tyres on the motorway) we spotted the Buffalo grill and decided to not keep driving when this was close by, anyway steak and chips sounded good by that time. When we opened the door and went in, we first thought we were too early as the waiters were all eating at at side table. Two rushed over smiling and led us to a window table. Everything as expected from this chain restaurant, having visited several locations throughout France. Steaks cooked as requested, kids meals perfect, desserts delicious. Six year old loves these restaurants :) Waiter spoke a little English - handy as we had forgotten our French phrase book - able to muddle through between ourselves.
You can feel the western theme going on as soon as you enter. The food menu was in english so the food ordering was not a problem at all but could be confusing at times. Food was good but not the best. Price was fair too. Overall, good place to eat if you want to break a ritual of doing same boring thing all the time.
Classic buffalo grill with lots of parking. They had a Halloween theme running: with decorations and themes scary music. Although the place was full. The service was OK and the staff smiled. Eat okay. Nice cubic, quiet. Portion sizes a bit on the small side....

I ate here one night with a couple of colleagues. We ordered the mixed grill. The ribs were tasty and the rest was good. It was nice that the side dish was unlimited. In conclusion I wouldn't make a point of coming back in the near future, but was a good meal.
The establishment was very inviting. Staff made us feel very welcome. Staff spoke and understood English and we ordered from a menu written in English. Had the ribeye steak which was cooked to perfection. Prices were reasonable
The food is what you expect from a motorway chain - the service was ok and there's enough choice on the menu. It wasn't expensive and there's few other options to eat at in the local area so it was adequate for a quick meal.
A decent meal enjoyed by the entire family. Nice steak, and we managed to make it through the evening despite struggling with the language. The staff were great though!
