We came between friends to celebrate a birthday and I'm disappointed. at first the friendliness of the waitress is to see again. We had flies all over the meal and it's a little embarrassing. our dish was served without sauce, we had to ask a waitress, otherwise I think we wouldn't have had it. And to finish the ice was served melted. Also the toilet was badly cleaned the walls were covered with traces.
We were at the grilled buffalo on Sunday evening after spending a weekend on annecy, we were unpleasantly surprised when the waitress, a little girl with colored purple hair, totally hit my husband in front of me and my children! we were very uncomfortable, and my husband became white! we will not return to this bad restaurant that it was very good!I was shocked by the situation!!!
Honestly we must recognize that it is difficult today to fall on a restaurant chain or every time the staff is pleasant and helpful! Only for that, the 5 stars are deserved. Buffalo grill is a sign but this establishment keeps its promise. Meat is tasty there and we treat each other. The service is always very friendly! the victim of his success, it is better to go to the beginning of service if not station through the waiting line!
