We stopped here on the journey from Le Havre to Central Brittany. It looked as though it might be a bit expensive but we'd missed our usual stopping places due to a Deviation so decided to treat ourselves after using the facilities...We were barely seated when complimentary salad bowls and warm bread rolls in a basket arrived. Then for only 7.95 Euros. Service Included, we had boeuf hachée & frites and jambon & frites, with a choice of béarnaise, shallot or bar-b-que sauce, and a fizzy drink. The drinks came as soon as we ordered, and the meal followed very quickly, with a caraf of water . We were eventually seated after waiting several minutes, then again had to wait for our order to be taken. The restaurant was not particularly crowded or busy. When our order was taken, there was another long wait for the food to appear. The chips were hot, but the steak and haricot beans were lukewarm, nearly cold. Very odd, after such a long wait.When asked what we would like to drink, I asked for a carafe of water. Then asked again, and then a third time before the waiter brought over a bottle of tap water. Another odd thing... three bread rolls for two people. Certainly won't come here again.
Poor service from unfriendly staff, with little customer service. Fish and chips had dry fish, bacon burger had something scraped off the grill that must have been there for some time and was burnt beyond recognition, cheese burger was burnt and quite dry too. Won't come here again, prefer either St Lo or Vire much better food and service. Even McDonalds has better service and food. Asked for ketchup and mayo,only got mayo.
In an area with a limited number of options for people without a car, Buffalo Grill is a great choice! Prices are really good! For 12 euros, I had a pretty decent, tasteful steak, which can come with a side dish of your choice. I had the jacked potatoes, but those were a little disappointing. The menu still includes a drink. They offer a welcoming salad and warm bread and the service is kind. I'd totally go back!

Arrived and was seated , and then stayed seated with a menu for 15 minutes , no drinks when the waiter arrived our order was taken, it all arrived it was good. The waiter (Cedric) was pleasant. We enjoyed our meal. This is not our first visit perhaps we have been there four times now, the first was the best, second was awful, after that we waited for a while, third was not great this time was OK.
we decided to eat quickly. the buffalo grill is usually fast. it's august, so it was a little busy. we had a nice meal. unfortunately this restaurant is not clean. a lot of dust and spin weaving. also the herrentoilettes were flooded and disgusting. seems, the personal has also changed. we can go to avaranches for our next meal. it is good
This new restaurant needs a few lessons in customer relations. My meal arrived cold, no apology just taken away and another brought to me. So if it had just been cooked why was it cold?..We mentioned this to the two men at the bar who seem to be in charge....Zero ...no apology. We will not return to this restaurant...
We enjoyed a great family meal here the waitress was on her first shift and she was very good and attentive. The food was American style food, it was good and very reasonably priced, over all a great experience and would recommend for a family...meal out

The service was excellent. We had salads, bread and popcorn on the table just after we arrived. The sharing tapas starter was piping hot sand delicious. The mains were also very good. Overall an excellent Buffalo Grill experience.
