"We were craving a little american food after a month in France and went to this chain restaurant. Ugh. The food was poor, and not even well priced. I had the beef brochette (OK) with overcooked green beans for about 10 euros and my husband had a lame blue cheese hamburger with french fries for 14 euros. Even the rolls weren't good. The service was friendly and fair, so this gets 2 stars instead of 1."

This place is a joke! Go to McDonalds instead you 'll get a better quality burger. Dire need of Gordon Ramsay visit. Ordered a pepper hamburger it arrived and I took a bite. The meat was cold like it had come out of the fridge. I told the waitress she took it away and the kitchen put it in the microwave and returned it to me. The bun was hot and soggy but the meat was still cold. Thinking what a cheek!! I asked the waitress for another burger. The one that came wasn 't the pepper burger and the meat was still cold. Immediately I asked the waitress for the bill and told her I don 't want to pay for the burger. She then said sorry we have a problem with our grill tonight. Disappointing to see...
The children like hamburges, so we went. I ordered T-bone steak with béarnaise sauce and fries. After a long wait the steak arrived with a cooked potato and some brown sauce that definitely was not béarnaise. So I asked to correct this. Nothing happened. I asked again. Still nothing happend. After I long time I decided to try the steak anyway. One side turned out to be raw and the other side (the bottom side of course, made invisible) was outright burned. I called the waiter and I got no real response. I asked for the manager, told her everything but got no response. Eventually I told her I cancelled the order and I would not have dinner there. Hello, finally, very disappointed; both waiting for dishes, and especially for cleanliness. I can explain. When the table was released next to us, the waitress after dispossessing, took the ice wiper to clean, without taking the trouble of moving from the good product to the current situation. the crumbs thrown on the bench and on the chairs. the ground is combined with various documents not collected by the team between two crossings. table straightened with all sets of gondola. I'm sorry. a lot of waiting for the dishes. So you went without dessert, without coffee, and that's our third try. not conclusive.
we came Tuesday at 6:30 pm to spend a relaxing moment following our long journey (4h), but no way to relax we were served with too much speed, the meal was opportune, we barely had time to finish the welcome salad that the dish arrived, the note barely laid on the table that the waitress came to take us. Yet the piece was not crowded, the meat came and it was just hot to see cold, a lot of brouhaha teams on break before they took the service. fries were excellent and the welcome salad is always happy.
