first, when they read this, they do not have to read any other reviews because it is a terrible place to eat. the personal is very rude. we have gone to an end. that's something I can honestly say that I never live in mine. we were one of the first customers to arrive as it had just opened. but there was no personal that could be seen everywhere. we finally noticed the chef who just looked at us and did nothing else! we took a table (there was only another family in the restaurant.) my man has found someone who serves us. He said the woman who worked in the restaurant (I will not be on her as a waitress, server or any other title to describe the roll because she was definitiw not suitable fo...

excellent place to eat and drink. we arrived at the 31st of October at 9 a.m. and did not know that the 1st november was a bank holiday so that the restaurant was busy. the service was slow, but that was due to the restaurant being full. we received a 10% discount for the inconvenience. eating was excellent, although I was asked for a well-made steak and rarely received, but this was not to understand until the dame, much English. we were also charged for an extra child's meal that we had not, but we should have checked the acknowledgement, but we did it the next day. Great place and was beautifully decorated for halloween.

Cinq minutes attend, Pas e Person, clientelle au server!! Pas de salad avant entree, Pas de Pain, les enfants pas recu cadaux. Pas de frites volante! Five minute wait no staff and not clients so no excuse. We did not receive usual free salad before...meal and no bread. The children were not offered the free gifts. We were not offered the all you can eat extra chips! My complaint was ignored with usual gaelic shrug. Perhaps because we were English but this close to Disneyland you would think they would offer better training for staff

We arrived at Buffalo Grill with high expectations having eaten at another restaurant in the chain in Calais. We were quickly led to our table and that was the last mention of speed! We waited 35 minutes for our dinner to arrive. Food was not...great and our waiter was serving so many tables that he didn't have time to top up drinks etc. Overall, not a great experience and one place we shall avoid in future.

command electronics. does not work. no coordination between the curses. fries and nuggets were served cold. main corses were served over 1 hour after the starters. we wait 2 hours to serve. worst experience in France. family with six, two children. please stay away!

this place serves very good food, suitable for any type of diet. I strongly recommend this place if they are looking for a cozy restaurant for a family or friend's meeting. the personal is always pleasant. eating is sometimes a bit long to come.

Not a bad place to eat. We had to wait a long time to order, But the food was OK. They give young children a teddy, which was a nice surprise. It was just the long wait to order and the service was poor.

the dishes are correct but the servers appear to be overflowed despite the few customers the reception is very long they put time to offer you a table

A terribly long wait, very chewy meat, raw burger, waitress had far too many tables to give any attention and I never got my cocktail. Don't bother

Very good restaurant. always like good dishes (especially ribs), always a impeccable service.
