Finally, when he deign to come to us, we had to wait another 40 minutes for a food. When my husband asked why it took so long, he said because you asked the meat well- done. I use to go regularly to Buffalo Grill Thonon , the kids love the ambiance and the meat was no so bad. Since few months it is a disaster, the service is very slow, people are cancelling and going out without having their food and the temperature of the meat is incredibly bad, like if they do not consider at all your order. Last time I returned the plate (Cote de Boeuf) 2 times, the second time I show it to the Manager who was chocked to see my plate and apologized and gave chicken wins who was over cooked and very dry ! Buffalo Grill is a relatively inexpensive restaurant that is good for a meal with young kids. The food ranges from ok to quite good. Unfortunately it seems that they are understaffed, the servers are overworked and the overall result is long waits, not only for the meals, but for anything additional (another drink, ketchup, whatever). It would appear to be a management problem in that at least some (but by no means all) of the servers appear to be doing their best and are apologetic for the waiting, But we suggest that a better effort at adequate staffing levels would pay off with more frequent return visits.
we were three times in this restaurant. the first time a few years back was right, which explains why we tried it again. not good food, but almost correct for the price. the second time was not so satisfied, especially because of the time. we had to wait. we said we shouldn't have come back. on the way back from the celebrations we agreed yesterday to our children to stop at this buffalo grill. no good food (this has been no improvement since the first time). we had to wait an hour between appetizers and main dishes and the waiters always forget one or another element we asked. this time was the last.

I am chocked from the low ratings this restaurant have, it is not fare!! I went with a group of 4 adults and 7 children and we really had a good time. The service was nice and quick even though the restaurant was full. The staff welcomed us without any booking and arranged two tables besides each other in around 10 minutes, and again they are really nice and friendly with a big smile. The burgers and steaks was very good, the quality and quantity are excellent, the deserts also nice, and the prices are very reasonable.I will definitely visit Buffalo Grill again soon.
the food was excellent!!! great portions. service was a little slow, but perhaps we caught them on a bad night. highly recommend the burger menus!! had expected to find it wild-west americana kitschy, but it was, happily, surprisingly not. that was great!!
Was not my first time in a Buffalo Grill restaurant in France, but this, despite the friendly service, was not the best experience. The steak was a little tough and tasteless and the fries also poor. For that reason I cannot give a positive feedback.

It works American style. The food is decent and prices very good value. Good place to go with friends but sometimes it's full and I don't believe one can book.
En route from geneva to chatel we stopped here for a snack. service was good and eating very tasty.
