Having travelled through the night/morning from the UK to arrive in Bordeaux mid afternoon it was a question of quick sleep, wash brush up find somewhere for an early dinner! We selected the Buffalo Grill as had used the chain before and knew what to expect. While our French is limited we got by with a very pleasant waitress (Lauryne) who made every effort to help language wise, along with speedy service. The menu selection is similar to Macdonald's but with bells whistles. Ate for three of us with drinks , two courses each with coffee €84.00 . One can eat for a lot less!
ordering to wear fries without salt (serious medical imperative)The mention without salt was indicated on the box and was respected including in the kitchen. the fries came salty: they long sought to understand and the recipe of the fries was changed: they offered me green beans. research, excuses, the solution was very pros. time and quality respected!
They didn't accept us in the restaurant because the waiter said they didn't have anyone who spoke English (he told us this with Google Translate) It's terrible that someone is not accepted because of that, and they could have continued using the translator to order some hamburgers or a steak.
En déplacement pour raison professionnelle j'ai dîné trois soirs de suite dans ce restaurant et tout c'est très bien passé. Personnels pro et aimable, plats bons et plus que suffisants en quantité. Apparemment c'est une nouvelle équipe au manettes et elle a redressé la barre.

we ordered both a « sheriff meal »Everything was great, fair portions and nice waiter. just what we didn't like was a bit too tight and then we could hear everything our neighbours could say. otherwise we enjoyed our time there.
Les serveurs sont très accueillants et aux petits soins. Les plats sont arrivés rapidement et étaient très bons. Je ne comprends pas les avis négatifs, nous y avons passé une excellente soirée ! Je recommande.
Nice moment with cuisine (meat) pleasant to taste. Slow service at first but soon recovers. We will come back
