We came across this restaurant on a one night stop in Metz. We had to wait for a table so this is obviously a popular restaurant and there were a lot of children there. As soon as we were seated we were able to order...pretty quickly and then we were quickly given a small salad and rolls and then a tub of popcorn which kept us going while our food was being prepared. It was a novelty to,have a bison burger on the menu and so one of us had to have this. The burgers were good but nothing special. They were certainly filling and with the extras we had no,room for desert. This was just the sort of food that we needed after a long day on the road but it was obviously a chain and the food reflecte...
it was long since I had not been in a buffalo grill restaurant, recently it went to lunch to take a break from Christmas business. we had to wait a bit to get a table, order waiting time and get our food. was a bit long, service was kind of sloppy with forgotten items that we had to ask for a few times. but the waiter was very nice and friendly. the bark is excellent, sauce is tasty and crispy frying that as much as they want, but a part was enough for me. they seem nice desserts, but I was too full to try them, the mix plate of the appetizers is pretty nice to go with cocktails. the organization could be improved, but eating is delicious, so overall not quite a bad place.
Used to go to Buffalo Grill on teh way from Calais to Nice as a treat on holiday now we live in France they are much more local .. Dropped in for lunch with our two boys busy atmosphere and a warm welcome from...the staff, but seemed cramped with small tables and no space in the booth... Service was good, the team are attentive and friendly which is not always the case in France but the food is decidedly average, and overpriced for what you get. A true American diner this is not Cheesecake Factory and even Olive Garden do this so much better... Shame could be a real great experience, but let down by quality...
we visited the buffalo grill during our stay in metz on Friday night. the restaurant was busy and one of the first things that our waitress did was apologise because we had to wait a few time to take a place and serve. The...Kids' opposite is beautiful, like buffalo grill children's menu and free popcorn as an appetizer. I ordered the buffalo steak, but unfortunately they do not serve him very often. the steak season made it an acceptable meal.

we went early in the evening (7PM) on a Sunday night when we came by and starved. okay, you know what you get when you take the chain. to the luck it was not yet full and service was fast. eating was good, nothing to tell. bad about it. the menu offers are quite competitive, youthful 15€; burger 13.5€ etc. the children loved the barbeque a Papa desert.
very slow service here eating was nice can not complain about eating can not complain about the guy who served us, he was a happy guy, though he was rushed. the only was the service we had a main and... desert plus two drinks, but we spent 2 hours here with return only to give the service a second chance.
Restaurant et personnel au top ! Très professionnel, efficace et rapide. Belle halte sur la route N’hésitez pas à prendre la carte de fidélité qui nous a permis aujourd’hui d’avoir le café gratuit !
