The red-head mowhawk bartender demanded that I sit, because standing would block the way. The place was maybe 15% seated. I 've been in bars that are standing room only, where people have to slither by. This place was wide open. Your servers can 't say excuse me when they walk by? I have a prosthetic, so sitting is a bit uncomfortable at times. I sat as requested, and the servers continually bumped into my seat. At least 3 times! NFL Sunday, 10 minutes before the first wave of games I walk in and the guy who’s the manager on duty tells me to leave as they don’t open until the games start. I’m the only person there and say the other locations in Irvine and Lake Forest open 30 minutes before the first games. His response: “then you should go to one of those locations.” No wonder it was empty. I went to Lake Forest and got there just before the games started and there were 53 customers already seated with food and drinks. The Mission Viejo location should just close and that manager should be fired from the company.

Very poorly managed. There are many servers but only one was actually working, and not even knowing how to prioritize tasks (cleaning one of the many dirty tables while let customers waiting for 20 mins after sitting down. And there were many clean tables ready for new customers to come in). We ended up being hangry waiting for more than half an hour and left after a drink.

I love the teriyaki wings! I also love the nachos appetizer and fried mushrooms Good beer choices Services is pretty good. The claw machine has been out of service the last few times I was there (which is important to my 6 year old son). Very sportsoriented which is what I love about going here. Great location and good atmosphere...not very packed in the afternoon.
I decided to give this place another shot in hopes of a better experience. Unfortunately, I was disappointed once again. I ordered takeout and ended up waiting for 20 minutes. In the meantime, I enjoyed a beer.
We came late and it was very nice. Our service was quick and the food was great. Was surprised how big the $6 burger was as well. Lots of parking at this location and a small holiday display downstairs.
I understand why they only gave it two stars! The restaurant is quite busy, but I felt safe being around the staff. I often came here late at night, and we did receive our food quickly.
