I like wings, and I had good food at Buffalo 's before; That 's why it was so disappointing. First: No coffee. This is a restaurant with a full service bar.. And no coffee? Unacceptable in my opinion. Next the food was only adequate. They are known for wings. And they didn 't hit it out of the park? Next, the waitress only came back to offer refills once, And that was near the end of the meal. And lastly... This was at 11:00 A.M. When they opened, I used the bathroom and it was filthy. Obviously dirty from the day before. I 'm putting this particular B.W.W. 's in Romeoville on my Never Again List

My wife and I placed a takeout order, but unfortunately, several items were missing and some were made incorrectly. I submitted a complaint using their online form and was pleasantly surprised to receive a refund for my order. Additionally, the general manager of the store called me several times to personally apologize. Although I wasn’t able to speak with her, I truly appreciate how the store handled my complaint. This level of customer service has left a positive impression on me, and I would consider returning because of it.

I frequently have issues with my orders being incomplete. After the first time, I thought it was just an honest mistake—these things can happen. The second time, I shrugged it off, assuming they were likely busy. But after the third time, I’m genuinely frustrated. What is going on? Been coming here off and on for almost 10 years. But more not the last 4, place has been going downhill for awhile,but it's never the service honestly but the food which only sems to get worst with every visit. Never coming back been to some BWWs so I know how well it could be if they had better staffed kitchen.

I ordered from Uber:one spicy and one regular chicken wings,but they sent me two spicy wings! Spicy to hell! I just eat one tiny wing and can’t bear this anymore !what a waste of money and garbage wings! Dry like mummy! And I thrown them in the trash can !Horrible horrible restaurant i ever eat!

I ordered boneless wings Medium heat, had to ask server to bring more sauce. This place went down in food service. Just look at the picture I attached. Very sad the menus on the table were sticky and dirty, we gave it back to the server, very sad
