We did enjoy the ambiance and various TVs playing different channels, but unfortunately, the food and service continue to fall short. There was also a young employee who seemed to think that wearing his mask was optional, often letting it hang under his chin while he moved around the restaurant, even as his colleagues properly wore theirs. There's a lot of potential here, but it’s being undermined.
Oh, and to top it off, my husband wanted to order two different beers, but they were already out by 7:30 PM—seems a bit early to run out of beer!
I signed up online and waited for about 40 minutes. I walked inside to check on our wait time, only to be told that they no longer accepted online reservations. Why have online reservations available if you aren't honoring them? I registered at 6:17 PM, but we didn't get a table for another 2 hours because we had to re-register in person. This is very frustrating!
We had great service from Dakota at our table for four of us. We each had a different entree so our exposure to the menu was a good sampling. The items were all well cooked and seasoned as recommended in the menu. The space is large and open and affords many sporting events on many television screens. We will return and have some more wings and salads.
that was our first to eat in 12 weeks. we sat outside on veranda and everything was socially removed. the waiter wore a mask (but only over the mouth) and gloves. he was very nice and we felt very comfortable with him. we enjoyed bww and will definitely go back!

The first impression when I arrived was that it was way to loud. The TV's were so loud I could barely talk with the host. My party of six sat outside and I feel like we were forgotten and we had to wait for refills, service, and other needs.
We were told they don’t take reservations. They had never seen the open table reservation system before. They were going to make us leave the restaurant but after we asked for a manager they did sit us. Food and atmosphere were as expected.
Reservation not honored. I was called by manager saying that he's not honoring the reservation because of fight night, the only reason the reservation was made and confirmed twice 4-5 days in advance
Took forever to get food, order was not correct on several items. Have been there quite a few times and even tho I like their food in general, probably will not be back

They DO NOT accept Open Table reservations on “big nights” or when an “important game” is on. It just gets too busy they said. Very misleading.
I visited the restaurant later in the day. The food was excellent, and the service was superb.
