Buffalo Wild Wings

Ordered on memorial day so I knew it was gon a be busy but gave it 40 minutes and our order still wasent ready, was 2 burgers and 12 wings in total. Got greeted and the lady never told us how long or came back, waited 15 more minutes and someone else greeted us and did the same thing too, still waiting on our order, asked for a refund and they just walked away, currently still waiting on our food... this is ridiculous

Consistent with food, just not personality and personnel, Let me clarify: bar turn around for that position is too frequent, inconsistent. Buffalo wild wings used to be a spot everyone would go to changes in executive positions management should alleviate that some fresh blood in the drivers seat.
