Absolutely terrible experience! We were seated on the patio and after 15 minutes, no one had greeted us. We noticed a server walking by multiple times helping other tables but completely ignoring us. When I finally asked her if we had a server, she said she’d be right with us. Ten minutes later, she returned to take our order with no apology for the delay or for overlooking us.
When I asked about their selection of Bourbons and Whiskeys, she didn’t know and I asked for a Jameson, since most bars usually carry it. We arrived just before noon for lunch, having enjoyed Buffalo Wild Wings at our hometown location. Unfortunately, our experience at the Edison, NJ Buffalo Wild Wings was very disappointing. From the beginning, the staff seemed reluctant to seat us comfortably. They initially wanted to place us near the bar at high-top tables, which wasn’t suitable for a member of our group with a mild disability. Eventually, they seated us in the main dining area, but the service there was lacking. As shown in the photo, we were the only customers in that section, yet it took a long time for anyone to take our drink orders.

We visited from North Carolina and had a fantastic experience. There was a minor issue with one of my dad's orders not arriving, but our server quickly resolved it. As someone who works in hospitality, I was particularly impressed with the manager, Heather. She not only brought my dad some fries (he's quite particular) but also ensured that the rest of our meal went smoothly. I noticed her interacting with other guests and supporting her team, which is rare in dining out these days, making it a truly refreshing experience. We will certainly return on our next visit!
The sampler and kids' menu were both enjoyable. The wings were excellent, as always, but the cauliflower wings did not suit my taste. The batter was too thick, and the curry flavor didn’t complement them well.

Fantastic spot for delicious food and sports! There's always seating available, so no waiting around. The food is fresh and flavorful! The servers are very friendly. Highly recommended!
