Buffalo Wild Wings

I wish I could give zero stars. We’ve eaten in and it was a weird experience. Figured ordering delivery would be fine. Wrong. We ordered 5 teriyaki boneless wings, 5 Nashville hot, chips and queso, and cheese curds. I’ve had the Nashville hot sandwich in Dartmouth and it was great. These were definitely not Nashville hot because they were so hot, they took my breath away and I couldn’t even finish them. Our queso and chips was just chips. So we called and the hostess seemed confused and told me they don’t do delivery even though they have delivery on their website but said she’d get a dasher to bring me my queso. Well it never happened so now I’m supposedly being refunded. But what an awful...

I tried twice for a carry out order, both times were 15-20 minutes later than the expected pick up time. The second time they were out of stock of one of the items and they attempted to substitute it with a similar yet cheaper item. Additionally, I had 2 items completely missing from my bag. Update: when they attempted to substitute the out of stock item with a cheaper alternative I instead asked for a refund which they obliged, I checked my credit card and see the original charge amount has gone thru but no refund has been completed at this point 6 days later. They’re also took my cell number in case there was an issue with the refund, but I have not received a call

If I could give this less than one star rating I would. The service was one of the worst things I've ever experienced. We asked for 4 sides of fries, and paid for fries that I am now realizing we didn't get. On top of that we waited around an hour for our food which came out wrong. No utensils, napkins, straws or anything to actually help us eat the food. It was truly awful. Our waitress did not even come up and check up on us even once. What should've been a 1 hour dine in quickly turned into 3 hours. My friends and I were celebrating a birthday and I thought the desert was free, but we were charged. Absolutely terrible. I hope I receive compensation.

I called to order 30 traditional wings, all drums, extra crispy, wild sauce, blue cheese, and ranch instead we received mild, blue cheese, ranch, drums and flats, and they were not extra crispy. My husband opened them up at work to find he spent over $40 and the order was not done correctly. We both tried to call and no one answers. Not the first time they have messed up the order has happened a few times before.

A disaster. Arrived during the baseball all-star game. Our waitress announced they had no wings and the baseball game was unavailable!!. Making matters worse was the incompetence of the staff who screw up our food order. 0 stars
