"Took forever, theres no one here, food was cold, my girlfriends quesadilla took 25 minutes after my refried cold boneless wings came out. My beer took 10 minutes, mind you there are 7 customers here. Was told there's one cook and that is why.i have been watching us and the people at the bar are the only ones with food. I run restaurants, I'm going to have to assume somebody was smoking a blunt out back or getting drunk. I will never be back."

Hi. Our visit was horrific and I am requesting a refund. We waited an hour to get our food . We ordered fountain drinks. Two of the drinks were out. We then asked for a strawberry lemonade that never came until we were leaving due to poor service. I never received a refill on the Sierra mist I ordered. We asked to be served appetizers first. They were so delayed they came out with our food. The restaurant wasn't crowded but we had to continually try to get our waitress attention. There were tables with trash. We finally requested to have our food to go and even that took forever. We couldn't even eat it then because while we were sitting waiting, A ROACH was crawling near our table which is...
Latest update: finally, received refund back to my card been a few months and calls every few weeks. Update: The Response from owner below did not address the issue. I submitted the form from the reply as requested 3 weeks ago, and I still have not been contacted. I called the restaurant and the manager said he would issue a refund. That was 2 weeks ago. Nothing has been done. Wrong order wait time was 25 minutes past what the app said. There were 10 people waiting in takeout section of store, and there was no one there. I tried calling to correct the order, but no one is answering. NEVER EVER EVER COME HERE!
The Haynes Bridge Buffalo Wild Wings location needs to close down completely then start all over again. This is not my first visit to this store I ordered food, probably a month after they opened at this location. It was bad then. I thought you know what I?ll give them another try, lightning doesn?t strike twice in the same place right??? Big mistake! Not only did they mess up my to-go order again, but this time I waited (1) one hour for my food?. Just unacceptable. The fries were rock hard, I ordered dry rub, and I got wet chicken with no flavor. It?s a wrap on this restaurant for me.
Awful experience all together. Ordered for my store for lunch on Columbus Day. The food wasn?t edible. The fries tasted like they were made forth of July and the chicken had the texture of rubber. We called to complain and the manager said she?d leave a gift card for us to make up for it. Went today to get it and they have no record of anything, no notes, nothing. So not only does the food suck at this location but the management is worthless. Here?s a picture to show how busy they were so it?s not like they were busy.
